Apps

The Apps API is used to display detailed records of calls made to the Conference and Mediator endpoints.

• With Conference endpoints, events triggered by incoming calls create Conference Call Detail Record objects. When the calling party joins the meeting, this creates a related Conference Meeting Detail Record object.

• With Mediator endpoints, calls made to bindings or from dialouts generate Mediator Call Detail Record objects. These detail records become available after the call ends.
