CarrierX Mediator

CarrierX Mediator facilitates call forwarding between phone numbers. The hosted Mediator Application Endpoint serves as an intermediary, enabling seamless communication between phone numbers. The service offers two primary functionalities: bindings and dialouts.

  • With bindings, incoming calls are routed through CarrierX to a destination phone number.

  • In dialouts, the CarrierX system makes outgoing calls to two different parties, who are then connected in a call together.
