Calls

Calls represent outbound connections initiated by the CarrierX platform. When a call is created, CarrierX dials the destination number (called_did) using the originating number (calling_did). FlexML instructions can be introduced into the call flow by setting a url, which the system requests using the specified HTTP method.

Optional fields—such as custom attributes, execution delay, and status_callback_url settings—allow you to control timing, SIP headers, timeout behavior, and how call results are reported.
